The Alameda Business Association is the primary group organizing the parade and festival. But the ABA could not put on this event without the help and support, both in manpower and financial, from the other organizations in our community. Shasta/Hanchett Park Neighborhood Association
The Shasta / Hanchett Park Neighborhood Association is a volunteer-based community organization founded in 1985 to protect and advance the interests of the Shasta/Hanchett Park, St. Leo's, Garden Alameda, and Cahill Park neighborhoods in San José, California. S/HPNA provides and promotes programs and activities aimed at building community and fostering civic involvement in this historic community.

West San Carlos Street Business Association
West San Carlos Street Business Association serves the neighborhood business and community by supporting and sponsoring scholarships and grants for the Burbank and Lincoln High Schools, by coordinating community events, promoting and funding public art projects, preserving and recording the local Business history, supporting and encouraging entrepreneurship and assisting in the general welfare of the Business District. The organization will also advocate for and encourage the establishment of educational programs for the purpose of eliminating the physical, economic and social deterioration of the City of San Jose. It shall not be organized for profit.
